Position Overview
PZI is seeking a Quality Control Manager (Contingent Upon Award) to lead quality assurance and performance compliance for CJ3 IT Systems and Common Operating Picture support operations. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining the Quality Control Program in a mission‑critical, TS/SCI operational environment.
The QCM ensures that all services delivered under the contract meet or exceed the Performance Work Statement, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan, and all established U.S. Government performance standards. This role is integral to sustaining high‑reliability IT support for USFK/CFC CJ3 mission operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control Program for all CJ3 IT and COP support services.
- Conduct audits, inspections, performance monitoring, and compliance evaluations.
- Produce and deliver monthly Quality Control Reports including metrics, findings, and trend analysis.
- Perform root cause analyses, recommend improvements, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders on all quality, compliance, and performance matters.
- Support mission‑essential, surge, and contingency operations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing quality control programs for DoD or Federal Government contracts.
- Strong skills in auditing, documentation, reporting, and performance measurement.
- Familiarity with QASP‑driven performance monitoring and contract compliance frameworks.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high‑tempo, mission‑critical, TS/SCI environment.
Additional Information
- This position may be combined with another key role, pending Government approval.
- Prior OCONUS or operational DoD experience is highly beneficial.
