Qualifications:

• 
  

  Masters or equivalent in a specific content area

  
  


• 
  

  Certified VT Teacher following the Vermont AOE Supplemental Instruction Licensing Guidelines found here

  
  


• 
  

  Commitment to continual training in reading &/or math to deepen content expertise

  
  


• 
  

  Must have current knowledge of proficiency based literacy &/or math components

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and organization skills

  
  


• 
  

  Skills to assess and analyze student progress towards achieving the benchmarks through use of data

  
  


• 
  

  Strong collaboration, facilitation and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrate leadership within our common systems and approach to build collective efficacy between educators

  
  


• 
  

  Foster a positive rapport with students, families and their teachers
