The Metrics & Value Advisor role will work collaboratively to develop enterprise measurement systems (ex., corporate scorecards, and KPIs) to assess and monitor the effectiveness of strategies and plans. They will further guide the value assessment and monitoring process, ensuring the potential value of projects & initiatives are measured, utilized in prioritization, and monitored for realization. This position supports critical strategic initiatives across various advisory priorities.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Develop and manage enterprise scorecards, performance metrics, and KPIs to assess strategic effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate enterprise performance, providing actionable insights for improvement to strategy & execution practices.
  • Assess the value of projects & initiatives and evaluate where benefits are achieved by measuring actual outcomes against expected results.
  • Collaborate with FP&A to align benefits realization with financial metrics for strategic alignment.

     

    What you Bring:

    • A bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
    • 6-8 years experience in strategic planning or a related field is highly valued
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
