Full time Lead Evening Custodian, High School
Job Summary:
This position is second shift from September to May and switches to 1st shift June through August.
Job will involve being the lead evening custodian, regularly supporting community and athletic events as well as regular cleaning and light maintenance of classrooms, bathrooms, auditorium, and other areas as assigned by Building Head, Principal or Buildings and Grounds Director.

Qualifications:
Must be in good physical condition and mentally alert to handle all duties as assigned.  Must be capable of structuring thier work as needed without total supervision and to make competant decisions on their own.
Effective verbal, written and reading skills.  Basic computer skills for email and filling out time/attendance records.  
Candidates must progressively attain "C" Class Boiler licensure for this position. 
Drivers license is required.

Working Conditions: 
Physical requirements involve lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs regularly.  Regular physical activity involves climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching. standing, walking, pushing, lifting, grasping.
