We’re looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst  to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team based in the 2777 Kingsway office in Vancouver, BC. This individual will report to the Director or Financial Planning and Analysis.

Job Overview: The MDM Analyst is responsible for developing and managing MDM initiatives to better manage, centralize, and enhance master data across the organization. Striving for improved accuracy, consistency, transparency, and accountability in master data, the MDM Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring departments are utilizing appropriate data to make data driven decisions.  

You will have the opportunity to:

  •  Develop and maintain the organization’s master data framework
  • Lead master data governance, ensuring adherence to authorization matrices and standards
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of ERP master data fields
  • Lead set‑up and maintenance of item codes, BOMs, and SKU governance frameworks
  • Support assessment, testing, and documentation of ERP and WMS system changes or upgrades
  • Develop and maintain SOPs related to master data and downstream impacts
  •  Govern core organizational KPIs, including documentation of data sources, logic, and stakeholder sign‑off
  • Support development and enhancement of Power BI and automated reports, with a focus on master data integrity
  • Lead master data management (MDM) initiatives in collaboration with cross‑functional teams
  •  Produce weekly reports to identify and escalate master data issues to data owners
  • Assist with budgeting activities, including data requests and projections as needed

You will be a good fit if you have:

  • Post secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Data Science, or related discipline 
  • Experience in ERP, BOM maintenance in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in data analytics or MDM related project work
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities with excellent time management capabilities 
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills 
  • Ability to do root cause analysis with strong data analysis skills
  • Ability to lead and influence others and create a teamwork environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (required), Power BI, Syteline (ERP), WMS, SQL
