& Closing:
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with their
expectations and childcare needs. - Customer Service
Excellence:
Provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns,
and maintaining regular follow-ups with clients. - Market &
Industry Awareness:
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market
developments to identify growth opportunities. - Target
Achievement:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals within agreed
timelines. - Reporting &
Documentation:
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and
achievements for management review.
Requirements
- Must be an Emirati (UAE National) with a valid
Family Book - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients - Strong sales mindset with a results-driven and
self-motivated attitude - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
systems - Strong communication and customer-care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
in a fast-paced environment
