Job Description

QUALIFICATION



  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from an accredited university

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in maintenance engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments

  • Proven experience with PLC and industrial automation systems; familiarity with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or equivalent platforms is preferred

  • Strong technical knowledge of power electronics, motor drives, and industrial communication protocols (e.g. Profibus, Profinet, Modbus)

  • Working knowledge of TPM principles and ISO 9001 quality management systems

  • Good command of both written and spoken Turkish & English

  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving and root cause analysis (RCA)

  • Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams

  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills


JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for electrical, electronic, and automation equipment

  • Diagnose and resolve faults in PLCs, HMIs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, and industrial control systems

  • Ensure maintenance and reliability of electrical panels, power distribution systems, motors, and instrumentation equipment

  • Monitor and analyse equipment performance indicators, including MTBF, MTTR, and OEE, and lead continuous improvement initiatives

  • Enhance maintenance practices in line with TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Implement predictive maintenance techniques such as thermal imaging, energy analysis, and related condition-monitoring tools

  • Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory to ensure optimal availability and cost efficiency

  • Ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards, occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements, and applicable regulations

  • Prepare, maintain, and update maintenance documentation, technical drawings, and performance reports

  • Provide technical support during new investments, equipment upgrades, and commissioning activities

  • Coordinate effectively with external service providers and supplier partners
