Big River Resources is seeking an Efficiency and Analytics Coordinator to support operational excellence across our ethanol production facilities. This role focuses on process optimization, fermentation performance, and data-driven decision-making, partnering closely with plant teams to improve efficiency, yields, and costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret production and process data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support and implement process and fermentation optimization initiatives
• Develop reports and dashboards using operational data
• Serve as a technical resource for plant operations and lab activities
• Travel up to 50% to support multiple ethanol facilities

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of relevant operational or technical experience (ethanol or bioprocessing preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Working knowledge of DCS systems, process data, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of fermentation, laboratory operations, and bioprocessing fundamentals
• Post-secondary degree in a related field preferred
