Imaging Associates — a best-in-class outpatient imaging provider in Alaska — is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Palmer team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will provide state-of-the-art patient care by performing technical work involving the operation and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment, including X-ray and C-arm. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, close collaboration with radiologists, and a strong commitment to Imaging Associates’ service standards for both patients and team members.
Sign-On Bonus
$7,500 gross sign-on bonus paid after 6 months of employment.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- Strong technical knowledge of imaging procedures and protocols
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with radiologists and clinical teams
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine commitment to compassionate patient care
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Commitment to safety, including application of ALARA principles and evaluation of radiographs for technical quality in accordance with industry standards

Summary
Schedule: 10-Hour Days (10s)
This position offers a four-day workweek, consisting of four 10-hour shifts, providing employees with three days off each week. This schedule supports improved work-life balance, allowing for extended personal time while maintaining full-time hours and benefits eligibility. The consistent schedule promotes predictability, continuity of care, and operational efficiency while giving team members meaningful time to rest, recharge, and attend to personal and family commitments.
