What You'll Do (Day to Day Job Duties)
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs including painting, light carpentry, drywall, and ceiling tile replacement.
- Maintain walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and locks to ensure a clean, safe, and functional facility.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical fixtures, lighting, outlets, and switches (120V systems)
- Conduct basic plumbing maintenance including sinks, faucets, drains, and fixtures.
- Support HVAC system upkeep including filter changes, cleaning, and identifying worn components.
- Ensure workbenches, rugs, and shop floor layout remain aligned with operational standards.
- Maintain organization across the facility, ensuring “everything has a place and is in its place”.
- Assist with construction-related tasks and facility improvement projects, including clean-up.
- Follow and promote all safety procedures and maintain OSHA-compliant work practices.
Your Impact (CORE Responsibilities)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized manufacturing environment that supports operational efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship across all maintenance tasks, reflecting pride and attention to detail.
- Support production teams by ensuring the workspace is always functional and optimized.
- Uphold safety standards and contribute to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of hands-on building or facilities maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial environment.
- Proven ability to perform general building repairs including painting, carpentry, drywall, and structural fixes.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical systems (lighting, outlets, switches, minor troubleshooting)
- Experience with basic plumbing repairs and fixture maintenance.
- Familiarity with HCAC system maintenance and upkeep
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and maintenance equipment.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience supporting facility organization and cleanliness in a precision manufacturing environment.
