Starting Pay: $20.50 - 21.54/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)
Pay Grade Range: $20.50 - 26.75/hr
Based on experience.
Potential performance based pay increases at 3 months, 6 months, and during merit review.

What You’ll Do
As a Finishing Finishing Machine Operator / LEO2, you’ll play an important role in our production team by:
Setting up, operating, and maintaining laminating machinery
Monitoring production runs and adjusting machines as needed
Performing quality checks to ensure top product standards
Monitoring film temperature and machine performance
Following and promoting all safety policies and procedures
Supporting the team with other duties as needed
What It Takes
Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and reaching for extended periods
Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
Team player with the ability to provide direction when needed
Mechanically inclined – able to handle minor machine adjustments with hand tools
Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, plus mechanical experience
