Sales Associate

Position Summary

The Sales Associate (SA) at Orangetheory Fitness is responsible for driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming, high-energy studio environment. This role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and passionate about fitness and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new membership sales through leads, referrals, and in-studio interactions
  • Conduct studio tours and effectively communicate the Orangetheory workout and value
  • Follow up with prospects via calls, texts, and emails to convert leads into members
  • Build and maintain relationships with current members to drive retention and referrals
  • Assist with daily studio operations including check-in, class scheduling, and retail sales
  • Maintain accurate member accounts and notes in the CRM system
  • Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach efforts
  • Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
