We are seeking a Director of Nursing to join our team at the Neighborhoods at Brookview!

Compensation range for this position is $46.48 to $68.82, depending on experience.

The Nursing Director provides clinical leadership to the organization ensuring the mission, vision and values of the organization are supported. The Nursing Director participates in planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating the clinical

operations of all households to ensure the regulatory compliance, nurture a culture of person centered and resident direction, strengthen the ability of households to grow as separate effective homes, and promote individual and team learning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelors/Masters preferred.

  • Must be a registered nurse in good standing and currently licensed by the State of South Dakota.

  • 5 years previous long term care experience.

  • Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care, nursing practice, and management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regularly trains, provides direction, assigns work, monitors the performance, and evaluates employees.
