We are in immediate need of an afternoon sandwich artist during the week and a Weekend Line Cook. The line cook/prep cook (Pizza, Sandwich, Salad) team member is responsible for working his/her station to the end of the shift. This includes a clean as you go mentality, prepping for the next shift, and completing the duties of the station.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain the station by practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 6 (Six) months restaurant cooking/prep experience; or other customer service industries.
• High School Diploma, preferred
• Effective communication skills with both peers and managers.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Physical Requirements:
• Exposure to heat, smoke and cold.
• Reaching heights of approximately six ft. and depths of approximately three ft.
• Must have high level of mobility/flexibility in space provided for periods of up to eight hours or longer as needed.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
