Job Description This clinical faculty position, with an anticipated start date of July 2026, is housed in the Department of Pharmacy Practice & Administrative Sciences, will provide teaching, service, scholarship and clinical practice on the main Pocatello campus of the L.S. Skaggs College of Pharmacy. Didactic and experiential teaching in the PharmD and other health profession programs within the Kasiska Division of Health Sciences is expected. It is anticipated that the faculty member will provide primary care/family medicine clinical pharmacy services at a Patient Quality Alliance (PQA) affiliated clinic in the Pocatello area. PQA is physician-led, clinically integrated network made up of providers and facilities within southeast Idaho who are committed to providing high-quality medical care at an affordable price. The position will contribute to the advancement of pharmacist-provided patient care through clinical integration, development and evaluation of practice workflows, and engagement in sustainable care delivery models. These activities are expected to support scholarly inquiry related to practice innovation, outcomes, and reimbursement. This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. -Provide didactic teaching and experiential learning to PharmD and related health profession.
-Provide course coordination as assigned by department chair(s).
-Deliver patient care services in alignment with clinic/PQA needs and Idaho pharmacist scope of practice.
-Opportunity to engage in population health interventions in collaboration with PQA.
-Engage in department, college, university and professional service.
Scholarship (10%)
-Quality improvement, practice advancement scholarship

Minimum Qualifications -Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited PharmD program. -Board certification in Pharmacotherapy, Ambulatory Care or Geriatric Pharmacy.
-Licensed in the state of Idaho or ability to obtain licensure.
-Completion of PGY-1 residency or 3 years of ambulatory care clinic experience.
Preferred Qualifications
-Clinical expertise in the area of ambulatory care.
-Evidence of effective didactic and clinical teaching.
-Experience developing and integrating clinical pharmacy services within a primary care or family medicine setting.
Additional Information

will be given to applications received on or before March 23, 2026. Salary will be begin at $120,000 annually for Clinical Assistant
Professor and up to $136,650 annually for Clinical Associate Professor,
commensurate with education and experience. Benefits include comprehensive
