    Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Assistant Principal for Special Education at Murphy Junior High School.  Qualified candidates will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative Endorsement and and one of more of the following: Special Education Endorsement and one or more of the following endorsements: Learning Behavior Specialist, Speech and Language Pathologist, School Social Worker, or School Psychologist;  M.A. in Education Administration; 5 years of teaching experience at the junior high school level and excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of school improvement process and collaborative leadership style. This is a 206 day position starting.

    COMPENSATION: The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive salary range of $83,800-$87,000 depending on educational background and experience.
