Join our Trail Crew and spend your summer working in the mountains! As a Trail Crew Team Member, you’ll work closely with the Trail Crew Supervisor to build, maintain, and improve mountain trails and surrounding areas. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hard work, and thrives in a team setting.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Clear trails and the surrounding areas of debris and rubbish

• Operate hand tools, chainsaws, and brush saws safely and effectively

• Help build new trail features and perform regular maintenance

• Assist with bike trail construction and upkeep as needed

• May drive company vehicles to transport tools, supplies, or crew members

• Follow trail plans and directions with precision and care

• Communicate with team using 2-way radios

 Qualifications: 

• A valid U.S. Driver’s License is required

• Punctual, reliable, and ready to work

• Strong team player with a problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, sun, heat, cold, snow, etc.)

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor on uneven terrain

• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols

• Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, poking, and reaching
• Can safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
