Job Description

You’ll play a critical part in supporting New Product Introductions (NPI) and developing robust processes for cutting-edge products that set new industry standards. 

This position offers a dynamic, global scope—covering advanced welding technologies, precision machining, and process optimization—where your contributions will directly shape the future of our manufacturing.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and advance manufacturing technologies for internal precision component production.
  • Drive process optimization, tooling design, and advanced digitization initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and capacity development across global regions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices and standardization.
  • Lead technical initiatives and  build expertise in welding and precision machining.


We are looking for you, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in the automotive sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
  • Fluent English and experience in multicultural environments.
  • Hands-on experience in precision component manufacturing (e.g., grinding, turning, welding, NDT, assembly).
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (automation, machine vision, data digitization).
  • Competence in metrology principles and applications.
  • Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems and manufacturing digitization.
  • Experience in process engineering, tooling design, and supplier management.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills—this is not a desk-only role.
  • Excellent communication and ability to articulate technical challenges.
  • Leadership mindset—able to guide cross-functional teams and drive technical solutions.

  • Salary starting from 2 200 € - depends on knowledge and experience of the final candidate.
