Quality Inn Payson is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hospitality team. This role is essential to creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions with daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Position Summary

Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas while following brand standards and safety guidelines. This is a hands-on role that directly impacts the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards
Change linens, make beds, replenish towels, and restock room amenities
Ensure all rooms are properly prepared for guest arrival
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests and team members

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
