The Children’s Justice Center Administrative Coordinator manages daily operations by serving as the primary receptionist, scheduling appointments, and providing essential program information to the public. This role oversees the entire case file lifecycle, from initial data collection and digital entry to ongoing tracking and maintenance. Key responsibilities include facilitating multi-disciplinary team meetings through agenda preparation and minute-taking, as well as supporting forensic interviews by orienting families, managing recording equipment, and producing timely transcripts for legal authorities.
