Are you a skilled sales professional with a passion for helping homeowners find comfort solutions that work? Strada Services is looking for an experienced Comfort Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll build lasting customer relationships while promoting innovative home comfort solutions and closing quality sales.

Job Summary:

As a Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Representative, you’ll drive revenue by selling our products and services to both existing and prospective clients. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and provide an exceptional experience from consultation through installation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of potential leads and referrals

  • Meet with customers to assess their home comfort needs and recommend solutions

  • Present product and service options clearly and effectively

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

  • Follow up with past clients to introduce new offerings and upsell enhancements

  • Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

  • Provide forecasts and regular updates on your pipeline

  • Perform additional related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in HVAC, low voltage/home automation, or the residential security industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Professional, persuasive, and goal-driven attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Ability to travel as needed
