Job Title: Ford and Lincoln Service Advisor
Location: Maplecrest Ford Lincoln – Vauxhall, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The right person is organized, communicates clearly, and can guide customers through the service process while supporting technician workflow and dealership standards. This position requires a high-level of fast paced customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate must possess the ability to provide a strong level of customer service.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and conduct a thorough needs assessment at write-up
  • Build trust by explaining recommended maintenance and repair needs clearly
  • Create accurate repair orders, confirm concerns, and document symptoms
  • Communicate updates throughout the day and set clear expectations
  • Coordinate with dispatch/technicians to keep work moving efficiently
  • Review completed work with customers and ensure a quality delivery
  • Promote menu maintenance, recalls, and factory programs (Ford/Lincoln)
  • Maintain strong CSI by providing consistent, high-level service
     

What We’re Looking For

  • Service Advisor experience preferred (Ford/Lincoln experience a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable using DMS and inspection/MPI tools (or willing to learn)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass background check as required
