Job Description

Persian Horizon is a diversified holding group operating across services, retail, beauty, and SME investments.
We’re building a strong deal-flow engine through strategic partnerships across Dubai’s business and investment ecosystem.

We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to open doors, build referral relationships, and turn partnerships into real commercial outcomes.

This is a hands-on, execution-led role focused on partnerships and revenue impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Secure partnerships with business brokers, law firms, real estate firms, banks, accountants, family offices, and investor groups
  • Build referral and revenue-sharing partnerships
  • Turn relationships into buyer leads, business listings, investor leads, and revenue
  • Manage partner onboarding, relationships, and performance
  • Represent the company at business and investor events


Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, PR, business development, or strategic communications
  • Proven track record of building and monetizing strategic partnerships
  • Established Dubai-based network across media, founders, investors, and professional service providers (law, accounting, banking, real estate, brokers, family offices)
  • Demonstrated ability to originate deal flow through relationships, referrals, and positioning
  • Strong negotiation skills, including experience structuring referral and revenue-sharing agreements
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link visibility and PR activity to pipeline, leads, and revenue
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, including senior decision-makers
  • Confidence representing the company in client-facing environments, events, panels, and private meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (press releases, media outreach, announcements)
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple external partners and priorities
