People and Culture Coordinator


📍 Adelaide | 🕒 Full-time


About the Role


The People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator supports the delivery of P&C services across the Defence contract.

Reporting to the P&C Business Partner, this role provides day-to-day support across onboarding, compliance, reporting and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring processes are delivered accurately and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities




  • Coordinate onboarding for all new starters, ensuring documentation, checks and requirements are completed on time



  • Liaise with site teams to confirm start dates, readiness and onboarding requirements



  • Support recruitment coordination, including candidate tracking and onboarding handover



  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems



  • Monitor key compliance requirements and follow up outstanding items



  • Provide administrative support across employee lifecycle activities (e.g. movements, changes, exits)



  • Assist with preparation of reports and P&C data as required



  • Respond to general P&C queries and provide administrative support to site teams



  • Support continuous improvement of onboarding and P&C processes
