Job Description

Chapman BMW on Camelback is looking for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team to help ensure every customer enjoys a positive dealership experience. The receptionist will provide friendly and helpful support to customers and staff. Our ideal candidate will be welcoming, dependable and great at building relationships with customers and employees. Core Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in person and over the phone, assisting with questions and scheduling service appointments.
  • Answer inbound calls and transfer callers to the appropriate team member for further assistance.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule service for recalls, declined services and past due appointments.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and dealership goals by consistently demonstrating professionalism and a helpful attitude.
  • Manage fleet of loaner vehicles.
  • Assist with filing customer repair orders and other clerical tasks.

 

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, in-person and over the phone.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary.
  • Good time management with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Dedicated to providing outstanding customer support.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

 

Hours and Work Environment:

This is a part-time, onsite Receptionist position with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.  The Receptionist will work onsite in an office environment.
