Job Description

Role Mission 

To lead and manage admin operations of the company. This includes overseeing strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. 

Role Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's administrative strategic plan in alignment with its mission and vision. Identify market trends, opportunities, and potential risks to drive growth and profitability. 

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability and profitability. Implement cost-effective measures and monitor financial performance against targets. 

Admin Oversight: Provide leadership in day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Streamline processes for maximum productivity and resource utilization.  

Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of admin coordinators and employees. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. 

Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company complies with all relevant industry regulations and legal requirements. Implement and oversee risk management strategies to mitigate potential liabilities. 

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer concerns and implement solutions to meet their needs. 

Market Expansion and Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, diversification, and new service offerings. Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders. 

Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of technological advancements relevant to the transportation industry. Evaluate and implement innovative technologies to improve operations and customer experience. 

Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track company performance. Provide regular reports to the board and shareholders on progress towards strategic objectives.
