Job Description

 

The technical trainer is responsible for educating and developing team members by leading training programs, workshops, or courses, ensuring that participants acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their tasks safely and effectively. They may also be called upon to assess training needs and adapt training materials with a view to improving them.

 

Role and responsibilities

 

  • Coordinate practical training
  • Train employees according to their experience and work situation on work equipment, both in theory and practice
  • Evaluate employees according to CMP criteria
  • May be called upon to work on the production line depending on the employee's skills
  • All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed.

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

 

  • Experience operating forklifts
  • Certified forklift trainer - Atout
  • Experience operating overhead cranes
  • Certified overhead crane trainer - Atout
  • Experience with various equipment/hand tools
  • Strong work ethic (punctual)
  • Good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, and a pedagogical approach
  • Passion for sharing knowledge and skills
  • Proactive and autonomousMaster the French and English language (customers from the United States).

All other related tasks are considered part of the role and may be assigned as needed
