The Inside Sales Production Scheduler will perform all duties related to scheduling production from engineering through final inspection.  The Scheduler will work closely with Inside Sales reps, Front-Eng Engineering, Purchasing and Production to reconcile a variety of issues. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule work orders utilizing defined parameters related to customer request dates, site level load and revenue objectives
  • Relay scheduled commit dates to Inside Sales reps
  • Prioritize work orders, enter jobs electronically on engineering screen and forward work orders to engineering for every job transferred to the engineering screen
  • Set initial WO priorities and update electronic tracking system for production
  • Enter and issue all sub-contracting work orders for sales department
  • Maintain a log of all sub-contracting work orders and update and print sub-contracting purchase orders to shipping
  • Create an end of the month report showing dollar figures broken up by categories of requirements for Management
  • Maintain internal and corporate on time delivery reports

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor of Science in Business or APICS certification is preferred. 
  • Four (4) years’ experience in Production Control work is preferred

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
