ELS is hiring for the position of Bartender in Wautoma, Wisconsin.What you’ll do:
The Bartender makes drinks, takes and delivers food orders and performs all duties that pertain to keeping the bar running smoothly.
Your job will include:
Clean and wash the full bar area, including refrigerators, beer coolers, etc.
Sweep and mop bar floors.
Unload, organize and store bar supplies. .
Remove garbage and wash garbage cans.
Complete all tasks in a timely and thorough manner.
Experience & skills you’ll need:
Exceptional customer service skills.
Experience working with the public.
Reliable team player with a pleasant attitude.
High school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Some experience working in a bar preferred.
Sound knowledge beverages and drink mixing.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts, which will include evenings and weekends.
