Client Engagement Team – Employee Communications Associate
The Employee Communications Associate is responsible for producing, maintaining, and delivering standardized employee facing communication assets in support of benefits education, open enrollment, and year round engagement initiatives. Operating within a centralized Global Capability Center (GCC) delivery model, this role executes repeatable, content driven workstreamsincluding digital benefits guides, presentation materials, and multichannel communication assets using defined templates, workflows, and quality standards to support U.S. based Employee Communications and Account Teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Produce and maintain employee communication deliverables using standardized templates and brand guidelines, including:
Digital Benefits Guides (DBG)
Open enrollment and new hire communication assets
•Update and refresh content to reflect plan changes, enrollment timing, and client specific requirements using approved inputs and intake forms
•Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality, accessibility, and formatting standards prior to release
•Support multichannel communication delivery (e.g., digital guides, email content, landing pages, print ready assets) as defined by the National Employee Communications practice
•Receive, track, and execute work requests through standardized intake and tracking tools
•Manage assigned deliverables through defined production workflows, review cycles, and approval checkpoints
•Coordinate content updates and revisions based on feedback from U.S. based teams, following documented change and version control processes
•Leverage and contribute to centralized content libraries, templates, and reusable assets to support scalability and consistency
•Follow documented SOPs related to tone, structure, branding, and service level expectations
•Operate as part of a centralized GCC Employee Communications delivery team supporting multiple U.S. regions.
•Partner with U.S. based Employee Communications leaders, Account Teams, and Client Engagement roles through clearly defined handoffs
•Focus on execution, production quality, and turnaround time rather than client strategy or advisory ownership
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute structured, content driven work accurately
•Experience producing employee facing communications, benefits materials, or marketing content
•Proficiency with content management systems (e.g WordPress)
•Ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently while meeting defined SLAs and deadlines
•Strong written communication skills and ability to apply standardized tone and style guidelines
