- Plan, facilitate, and coordinate cohort-based programming for adult participants, including schedules, agendas, materials, guest presenters, and follow-up supports.
- Collect, aggregate, analyze, and use program data for required reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement for both pathways.
- Coordinate outreach and communications with districts, school staff, and participants to support recruitment, engagement, and program clarity.
- Bachelor's degree in education, human services, public administration, workforce development, or related field is required; advanced degree is preferred.
- Current Minnesota teaching licensure with a Work-Based Learning endorsement (or ability to obtain within 3 months of employment).
- Minimum of three years of experience coordinating education programs, grants, or multi-partner initiatives is required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Experience coordinating work-based learning, service-learning, or student placement experiences is preferred.
- Experience administering scholarships/stipends and working with fiscal documentation requirements is preferred.
- Schedule: 260 days/year
- Salary: $95,000.00-$102,000.00
- Occasional travel is required.

Lakes Country Service Cooperative (LCSC) is hiring a full-time Program Director of Teacher Recruitment to lead two Grow Your Own (GYO) grants that build pathways into teaching, with a focus on strengthening career and technical education (CTE) educator pipelines. This role coordinates partners across the region, manages grant implementation and reporting, supports participants through advising and logistics, and helps districts strengthen recruitment and retention of educators. The position will place particular emphasis on supporting teachers and students of color and American Indian participants while expanding access to paraprofessional certification and teacher licensure pathways. This position is state grant-funded for five years, with the potential to extend based on the availability of state funds.
