WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet and engage guests warmly upon arrival and throughout their stay. Offer assistance with directions, resort amenities, check-in/check-out guidance, and general inquiries. Support the resort operations by managing lobby flow and ensuring guests are assisted promptly. Provide recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and attractions. Communicate effectively with front office, bell, and valet teams to coordinate guest needs. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobby and guest entrance areas. Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Operate resort golf cart shuttle to transport guests between the main resort, beach area, and designated on-property locations. Ensure guest safety while boarding, riding, and exiting the cart. Assist guests with loading and unloading personal items as needed. Maintain cleanliness, fuel, and general upkeep of the golf cart. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to management. Adhere to all traffic and safety guidelines, including resort driving policies.
- Coordinating Kipsu Guest messaging platform- managing and responding to all guest communications through the resort’s text messaging platform in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring inquiries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly and routed to the appropriate departments when needed. The Kipsu Coordinator monitors message volume throughout the day, follows up to ensure resolution, and maintains clear, courteous communication that reflects the resort’s service standards. Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences are essential for success in this role.
- Assists Director of VIP Experience with setup, delivery, and all things Amenities. Assists Concierge with amenity tasks on an “as needed” basis. Proactively recognize returning and high-profile guests and support their elevated experience from arrival to departure.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES
- Delivers and retrieves packages, faxes, etc. to specific guest rooms.
- Maintains and posts resort reader boards and public area signage.
- Cleans and polishes golf cart and other equipment used in the department.
- Communicates with Management and Front Desk on Slack, and with Bell and Front desk via radio.
- Greeting guests and escorting guests to different areas of the resort.
- Communicating pertinent guest information with other departments.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Prior guest service or other hospitality experience preferred.
