Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Start your internship in June for a 6-month period in the Marketing Home Care department, based in Warsaw, Poland. It offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into working in the dynamic FMCG industry. The internship provides a chance to gain valuable experience, test your own competencies, and take responsibility for assigned projects. During the internship, participants gain hands-on experience by working alongside real experts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Driving the agenda of the “Social First” campaigns to ensure our constant brand presence on social media platforms

  • Daily support in executing team tasks and organizational goals

  • Assisting in the creation of digital assets and creative campaigns

  • Managing the artwork process and supporting new product development

  • Supporting selected brand activation projects

  • Coordinating internal and external events

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3rd–5th year student in a field related to marketing, finance, data analytics, or trade marketing

  • Polish native speaker (C2 level)

  • Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)

  • Availability of 35–40 hours per week, including a flexible schedule and hybrid work

  • Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Proactive attitude and high motivation

  • Ability to manage your own time effectively and follow task plans

  • Previous commercial experience is not required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in student organizations and extracurricular activities

  • Experience in managing projects
