QUALIFICATIONS:
General knowledge of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.  Black Seal License required (or obtained within 2 years of employment).  Previous work experience in the trades preferred.  Electrical license preferred.
                                                                                               
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluation, maintenance and installation of building related equipment and systems.  Responsible for heating, plumbing, and electrical repairs as assigned.  Performs other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager or supervisory personnel.
 
SALARY:                                         
In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is $46,685 to $64,250. This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, prescription and vision insurance, a retirement plan and sick, personal, bereavement and family illness days.
