About the Role
Legacy and Ge‑Joes, part of Pritchard Companies, are seeking an experienced Director of Operations (Hospitality) to lead day‑to‑day operations for our golf‑ and club‑based hospitality environments. This role is responsible for operational excellence, service quality, team leadership, and financial performance across food & beverage, guest services, events, and facility operations.
This is an onsite leadership role best suited for a hospitality professional with a strong background in golf or country club operations and a proven ability to lead teams in a service‑driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily hospitality operations across Legacy and Ge‑Joes
- Lead and develop department managers and frontline hospitality teams
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency
- Oversee food & beverage operations, events, and member/guest services
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with safety, food service, and hospitality regulations
- Drive continuous improvement in service, operations, and team performance
What We’re Looking For
This role requires:
- 5+ years of experience in golf course, country club, or comparable hospitality operations
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong operational, financial, and service leadership skills
- Experience leading managers and large frontline teams
- Ability to balance service excellence with operational discipline
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership presence
