HR Business Partner

Ataşehir, Istanbul

Reports to: Head of HR - Turkiye

 

Your Role

Role Specifications:

  • Support the recruitment process by working with line managers in repairing & revising to role descriptions; job posting on recruitment boards (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc), Shortlisting and interview scheduling.
  • Conducting the orientation & on boarding process for new hires.
  • Monitoring probation periods and employee life cycle matters.
  • Support the employee engagement action plans and implementation.
  • Provide data accuracy of success factors data, file management and employee data administration (eg letters to banks, government bodies, visa letters to embassies, etc)
  • Undertake accountability for total HR operations service delivery.
  • Interact with HR and business colleagues within and outside the business to ensure alignment of HR activities.
  • Support in HR event planning and coordination of the same.
  • Once in a while support in HRBP activities.

 Skill, Experience & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in different HR disciplines such as recruitment, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, organizational development.
  • Result-oriented, strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and needs to have excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Turkish Languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with the HR Information Systems – Success factors, Workday, etc
  • Ability to work in a fast based environment.
