What You’ll Own

• Set the vibe from the start — Welcome every customer with confidence and positive energy. Answer questions, guide their experience, and make them feel taken care of from the first interaction.
• Obsess over the details — A clean, organized lot is non-negotiable. Keep the space sharp, safe, and ready — because how it looks is how we’re remembered.
• Deliver on the shine standard — Inspect vehicles with intention and pride. Every car leaves meeting our quality standards — no exceptions.
• Solve it before it becomes a problem — Spot hazards, identify what needs doing, and handle it without waiting to be asked.
• Win as a team — Communicate, support, and step in alongside Tunnel Operators and leaders to keep everything running strong.
• Stay ready, stay stocked — Own your space — keep towels stocked, supplies ready, and the site running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You Bring

• Reliable attendance — you show up on time, ready to go, every shift
• Physically able to work outdoors in all weather on your feet for the full shift
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks without losing focus or quality
• Clear, warm communicator — you connect and make others feel welcome
• Available for weekends and holidays
• Able to safely lift up to 40 lbs
• Customer service or outdoor work experience is a plus — we’ll train the right attitude

Customer Experience Advisor

You combine genuine service energy with real sales drive — converting every interaction into membership growth and every visit into lasting loyalty.

What You’ll Own

• Set the tone from the start — Welcome every customer with confidence, energy, and a genuine smile. First impressions here aren’t just important — they’re everything.
• Drive membership growth — Educate customers on our Unlimited Membership program and confidently convert interest into loyalty. You know the product, you believe in it, and it shows.
• Turn service into sales — Read the customer, adjust your approach, and close — without ever being pushy. You earn trust quickly and use it.
• Handle the hard moments — Resolve concerns quickly and professionally. When things go sideways, you make it right and leave them impressed.
• Keep the site sharp — Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment — your standards are visible in every customer-facing area.
• Capture what matters — Log customer feedback in Micrologic, flag issues early, and communicate insights to the team proactively.

What You Bring

• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy
• Goal-oriented and results-driven — you know your numbers and you care about hitting them

• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus

Tunnel Operator

At El Car Wash, the tunnel is where the magic happens — and you’re the one making it run smooth, fast, and safe. As a Tunnel Operator, you control the wash line flow, guide every vehicle in perfectly, and bring the energy that makes our experience unforgettable.

What You’ll Own

• Command the tunnel — Take charge of wash line flow — safely and efficiently guiding vehicles in with precision and confidence every time.
• Set the energy — Welcome every customer with high energy, clear instructions, and a signature EL smile. Your presence sets the tone for the whole visit.
• Catch it early — Perform quick but critical checks — windows up, sunroofs closed, truck beds clear. You catch the small things that prevent big problems.
• Make judgment calls fast — In a fast-moving environment, you think on your feet and act decisively to keep the tunnel safe and moving.
• Operate and monitor — Run tunnel systems and controls to keep everything moving at peak performance and safety.
• Stay proactive — Identify hazards before they impact anyone and keep the tunnel area clean and organized throughout your shift.
• Win with the team — Work closely with teammates and leadership to maintain a smooth, high-speed operation.

What You Bring

• Reliable attendance— this role cannot go unstaffed; you show up, every time
• Ability to stay intensely focused in a loud, fast-moving environment for a full shift
• Strong situational awareness— you catch issues before they escalate
• Comfortable giving clear, quick verbal instructions to customers under pressure
• Able to lift 40+ lbs; stays physically active throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in wet, humid, outdoor conditions in all weather
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Automotive, manufacturing, or equipment operation experience is a plus
