Position Title: Clinical Manager RN/SW
Department: Care Management
Reports to: Clinical Director
Position Summary:
Provide leadership and direct clinical supervision to ensure quality outcomes for Care Managers. Oversee the monitoring and documentation of compliance with federal, state, and local governmental and agency requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Provide direct supervision for the care management team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conduct case reviews to ensure high‑quality, compliant clinical documentation and manage high‑risk participants using established care standards and best practices.
- Oversee the development and delivery of participant services through a collaborative, team‑based approach, including assessments, person‑centered service planning, resource coordination, and follow‑up to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Provide supervisory leadership in accordance with CareWell Services policies and procedures, promoting staff accountability, creativity, and participant‑focused problem resolution.
- Lead and support staff in integrating natural and community supports to participants/members.
- Collaborate with Quality and Leadership teams to ensure regulatory compliance, provide staff training as needed, address operational challenges, and continuously improve service delivery.
- Assist with oversight and implementation of care management initial and ongoing training for clinicians.
- Support achievement of agency’s mission, vision and values.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Must possess a bachelor's degree.
License and /or Certification:
- Must possess a current Michigan RN or Social Work license.
- Current CPR Certification preferred

- Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with many different personalities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, specifically Excel and Word.

- Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise discretion when needed.
