RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Assist PE (Production Engineer) in process data collection and analysis.
- Observe and report safety findings into Tracking System.
- Assist Shift Team in the implementation of OEP (Operations Excellence Program) and Suggestions to improve operations efficiency.
- Under the supervision of experienced Operators and Foreman, Intern shall learn :
- How to collect process samples for analysis
- How to operate drum filling equipment and charging raw material in drums
- Monitor process variable and track production in batch sheets
- Tank truck and ISO tank loading/unloading operation
- Performance regular site inspections
- Document organization and translation
- Data collection and statistics
- Equipment maintenance process
- Process learning
REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:
- Degree: Undergraduate;
- Preferred majors: Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related major;
- English skill: Able to read and write emails;
- Soft skills: Good communication skill; Ability to manage multiple tasks.
