The Marketing Specialist, Multifamily will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across various platforms to elevate brand recognition, drive leasing performance, engagement, and optimize occupancy across the company’s growing multifamily portfolio. This includes 743 residential homes in NYC and 1,821 homes located in VA, MI, and MO. This role will play a pivotal part to promote the company’s residential properties, services, and overall mission. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and other cross-functional teams to craft compelling content to deliver impactful campaigns. Additionally, they will analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure campaigns align with business strategies. Through the contribution of innovative marketing efforts, this role will enhance the company’s brand presence and strengthen its connection with key audiences that align with organizational goals.

Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, job location, size of property where applicable, and/or certifications. In addition to your base salary, ESRT provides discretionary annual bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIESMARKETING CAMPAIGN & CREATIVE SUPPORT:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and creative materials for all multi-family properties in partnership with on-site teams and external marketing agenciesSupport digital marketing initiatives, ensure campaigns align with vacancy goals, budget parameters, and portfolio strategyCoordinate campaign ideation with on-site teams based on leasing velocity and availabilitySupport marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads and conversion to leasesAssist in the implementation and maintenance of consistent portfolio-wide brand standardsDIGITAL & LISTING MANAGEMENT:
Maintain and audit residential listings across all marketing channels, including ESRT website, property-specific websites, ILS platforms, and email campaigns to ensure accuracy of pricing, availability, visuals, and functionalityConduct routine website audits to confirm asset accuracy and user experience functionalitySupport ongoing website enhancements and digital platform upgrades in coordination with agency partnersMonitor digital marketing performance and budget in partnership with agencies, flag discrepancies and/or optimization opportunitiesAssist with update of marketing content (floorplans, photos, verbiage) to create a cohesive and aspirational brand identityASSET & VISUAL LIBRARY MANAGEMENT:
Maintain and organize residential visual libraries, including photography, videography, floor plans, and virtual toursCoordinate, schedule, and support on-site photography and videography shoots, including development of shot lists and vendor coordinationREPORTING & COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS:
Conduct competitor research and market audits to inform campaign strategyAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on established templatesTrack marketing budget expenses and communicate variances or overages to the teamRESIDENT EXPERIENCE & ENGAGEMENT MARKETING:
Partner with the Director of Hospitality and Tenant Experience to research and support resident engagement initiatives and strategic partnershipsAssist in the development of resident campaigns to drive amenity awareness, utilization, and community engagement; monitor reputation management strategiesMaintain SOPs for resident engagement initiatives, leasing campaigns, and marketing processesDevelop and manage social media campaigns designed to enhance visibility and highlight the communityPROPERTY & ON-SITE SUPPORT:
Walk properties frequently with Asset Management to ensure brand standards and marketing collateral quality controlSupport on-site teams with ordering, distribution, and inventory management of leasing and resident marketing materialsCoordinate internal meetings, including agenda preparation and logistics support as needed Prepare marketing materials to promote onsite events and amenity offerings as needed and requested by property teams WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE- Strong organization, prioritization, time management and interpersonal skills
