What you´ll do

  • Converts mid-term production plans into short-term plans by turning planned orders into firm orders
  • Develops and reviews short-term production and scheduling plans, considering capacity and timing

  • Manages stock transfers up to the 1st decoupling point and coordinates with the Replenishment Planner
  • Monitors daily production against weekly plans, tracking availability and adherence, and suggests corrective actions
  • Identifies short-term FG requirements and provides allocation proposals based on business priorities

  • Assists in inventory analysis by reviewing policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock
  • Maintains key manufacturing parameters, including capacity constraints, for accurate planning
  • Provides inputs for S&OE, addressing material availability and capacity constraints

  • Works with Plant Production Schedulers to coordinate on scheduling activities
  • Collaborates with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material availability for production

  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall planning performance

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain
    Management, or Business preferred.
  • 2 or more years’ experience in Supply Planning.
  • Able to develop and maintain strong cooperative
    working relationships within the group and across the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data analysis skills (Power BI a plus).
  • Ability to problem solve and implement effective
    corrective actions.
  • Strong experience using an ERP system; SAP a plus.
  • APICS certification a plus.

The salary range for this role is $58,000.00 and $65,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.  The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
