Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and agency provided leads
  • Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products
  • Cross sell additional coverages to strengthen protection and improve retention
  • Deliver an excellent client experience from first contact through ongoing service
  • Maintain organized records and follow up consistently to manage pipeline activity
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop sales and leadership skills
