Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred or willingness to obtain
- Sales or customer facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Goal oriented, coachable, and driven to succeed
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and agency provided leads
- Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products
- Cross sell additional coverages to strengthen protection and improve retention
- Deliver an excellent client experience from first contact through ongoing service
- Maintain organized records and follow up consistently to manage pipeline activity
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop sales and leadership skills
