We are currently seeking to fill summer analyst positions to participate in Founders’ Summer Analyst Training Program. Founders’ regimented and mentor-based summer analyst program is designed to give participants exposure to a broad array of “live fire” learning experiences in a short amount of time, while at the same time providing designated training periods to equip participants with the needed skills. Our intimate teams and entrepreneurial spirit allows our summer analysts to take on more responsibility than peers working at other banks, which makes for a more enriching experience.
