The Position

  • This position will make prospecting telephone sales calls to insurance brokers with the goal of
  • Delivering a brief overview of Futuristic Underwriters’ products and approach to writing business
  • Directing brokers to our website to register their company
  • Scheduling follow up calls for Futuristics’ Regional Sales Managers
  • Scheduling in-person appointments for Futuristics’ Regional Sales Managers
  • Sharing information about our firm with brokers

 The position is based in our Westlake TX office.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience handling personal or commercial lines of business (e.g., General Liability, Property, Business Auto, Excess Liability, Inland Marine, Trucking, etc.)
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume workload with accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service mindset
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Ability to embrace new systems, workflows, and procedural updates with flexibility and a growth mindset.
