• Ejecutar la resolución de incidencias recibidas por el centro de atención al cliente o por el supervisor.
• Efectuar las instalaciones tanto de Software como de Hardware de baja- mediana complejidad de acuerdo con el plan detallado de roll out comunicado por el supervisor.
• Realizar embalajes y envíos de repuestos.
• Cumplir con el control de stock de hardware de cliente y propios de GLA
• Gestionar la rendición de gastos de acuerdo con las políticas corporativas correspondientes.
• Completar y entregar la documentación de campo a los responsables correspondientes de la gestión administrativa de servicios en GVR.
• Otras tareas pueden ser requerida a fin de cumplir con los requerimientos del negocio.
• Conducir todos los procesos vinculados al negocio con integridad.
• Seguir todos los procedimientos de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente y las políticas de la compañía.
• Desarrollar todas las actividades de manera eficiente y segura.
• Responsable de reportar e informar los accidentes a la institución y/o áreas correspondientes.
• Responsable de la segregación, de forma correcta y eficiente, de los residuos y/o productos.

• SLA General mayor a 90% de forma continua.
• Resolución en primera visita mayor a 90% en forma continua.
• Horas de Utilización, mayor a 80% en forma continua.
• Cero accidentes / incidentes
Perfil Personal y Habilidades
Perfil Técnico de Sistemas:
• Secundario completo, Técnico electrónico.
• Conocimiento básico en redes
• Conocimiento básico en Microinformática.
