Job Description

MAIN FUNCTION

 We are seeking a motivated  Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a crucial part of our sales and growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall success of our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven work experience of 1-2 years as a sales representative with inside sales.
  • Proven work experience of 1+ years in outbound calling, social media, and prospecting.
  • Work experience as a Lead Inside Sales Representative of 1-2 years is a plus.
  • Account management and relationship-building experience are preferred.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to excel both individually and as a Team Player.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Provide daily reports of field sales success and communicate data.
  • Sell to existing and potential accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
  • Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications, and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan as needed.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned.

COMPENSATION:

The base salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
