Job Summary:
The goal of this position is to plan, direct and carry out job creation activities related to equipment sales with the goal of meeting customer delivery dates, while maintaining the highest level of safety and quality.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Attend project meetings to collect and disseminate information pertaining to projects.
· Schedule, coordinate and monitor project activity to achieve an “on time” result including follow-ups with INVENTORY, CNC, WELD, ASSEMBLY and PURCHASING to ensure timely completion/delivery on Manufactured and Purchased items.
· Review and create jobs/projects from the “Job Wizard” daily to keep parts and MIN/MAX volumes updated.
· Review and monitor project progress to assure quality and adherence to requirements of contract documents.
· Assist in the preparation or modification of reports, specifications, plans, manufacturing schedules, feasibility studies and designs for project.
· Select and recommend procedures or development of methods based on team proposals and post project performance evaluation finding.
· Coordination and scheduling of designs, drawings, plans and specifications for projects, engineered systems, technical equipment or components.
· Create/Enter the bill of material, enter Production Standards for every Operation, and detailed instructions for manufacturing process of new part, specification for packaging, external supplier specification to provide standard cost structure and instructions for manufacturing.
· Coordinate the collection and dissemination of technical information between/within the company and customer.
· Technical specification review and resolution.
· Assist in the coordination of pricing, estimating, and scoping strategies for proposed projects and in the development and preparation of technical specifications.
· Prepare project budgets utilizing supplier information, cost standards, technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, design.
· Ensure that project charges have a place on the job and are correctly represented for accounting’s closing process.
· Monitor projects cost activity to achieve an “in budget” result on ALL jobs/projects
· Evaluate project performance during and post completion and take steps to improve productivity, lower costs and improve quality.
· Performs other related duties/projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:
· Associates degree or a related field of study preferred
· 2-4 Years of Experience
· Food processing equipment background preferred
· Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
· Advanced experience with Data Analytics
· Advanced experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software, Experience with M1 (strongly preferred)
