Production Associate


We are searching for an experienced Production Associate at our Mankato, MN facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

New Year, new opportunity! We expect to have Production Associate opportunities available in the new year across multiple shifts. Apply today and take the next step toward joining a great team! We would love to get to know you!

1st Shift works 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Thursday, with some OT on Fridays. Min 40 Hours.

2nd Shift works 4:30 p.m. - 3:00 a.m., Monday - Thursday, with some OT on Fridays. Min 40 Hours. $1.50 Shift Differential.

Weekend Shift works 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM., Friday, Saturday, and
Sunday, with some OT the following week. Min 36 Hours with Shift Differential: 20% 
 

Our various openings can be in Pre-Fabrication, Heavy Assembly and Fabrication - all which require:

  • Experience following detailed blueprints,
  • Proficiency with hand tools, and
  • A strong track record of success in highly detailed work environments.

The duties of this position include: 

  • Guarantee that all product is built in the correct and most cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with quality necessities and specifications
  • Follow safety guidelines set forth by the company
  • Follow all company policies in accordance with the employee handbook
  • Learn building materials and all jargon to ensure future growth and knowledge
  • Guarantee that all job
    tracking procedures are followed
  • All other duties as assigned and needed by the organization


Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • A solid understanding of production and organizational methods
  • Previous experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, and drills
  • Fine-tuned communication skills
  • Ability to remember
    processes and materials used in the building process
  • High School Diploma or GED desired

Physical Requirements:

The work environment is in a manufacturing facility where frequent
interruptions, distractions, and moderate levels of noise occur. It requires
wearing safety glasses (provided) and other required personal protective
equipment.
