Responsibilities
- Work with sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities for stamping solutions and strategize with regional sales managers and marketing teams annually to create targeted sales plans focused on industries and event planning.
- Collaborate with sales managers to qualify opportunities in key industries, conduct discovery sessions to address critical customer challenges related to stamping processes, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase how PAM-STAMP/BMSTAMP and Virtual Manufacturing simulation solutions solve problems and add value, co-develop customer success plans for software and service offerings, and document potential value for customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of Keysight CAE core solutions, functionalities, and applications while staying up to date on industry trends, competitive products, and advancements in stamping simulation technologies, in order to offer expert advice to both customers and the sales team.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers as a trusted technical advisor and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster customer loyalty.
- Engage in technical discussions with customers, respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate and actionable answers to technical questions throughout the sales process, and address and resolve technical concerns raised by customers to ensure satisfaction and confidence in stamping simulation solutions. Use PAM-Stamp/BMStamp and FEM mesh to design and present stamping process simulations that showcase ROI and performance improvements.
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5-10 years of industry experience.
- Solid understanding of sheet metal forming, stamping processes, and manufacturing engineering.
- Experience with CAE / FEM software; experience with PAM‑STAMP or similar stamping simulation tools is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with forming topics such as formability, die face design, springback, die compensation, and material modeling is a plus.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, persuasive language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customers’ challenges creatively.
- Excellent oral and verbal communication in English. Additional languages are strongly appreciated.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
