• Ensure a strong talent pipeline and robust talent initiatives to attract, retain and develop talents to be future leaders within the Business Groups.
• This includes end to end management of succession management, MDR process, drive the Graduate Trainee and Rotation Programs and communicate/market the program to internal stakeholders, create and implement Individual Development Plans.
• Oversee and ensure implementation of learning and talent management practices.
